Terms and Conditions of 211bet — clear rules for playing safely

1Definitions and Parties

In this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "211bet" or "Platform" — refers to the 211bet.best website and all its associated services, including Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, and the mobile app for Android and iOS.
• "Player" or "User" — an individual registered on the platform who uses the services provided by 211bet.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the Player upon registering at 211bet, linked to a unique CPF and a valid email address.
• "Balance" — the amount in Brazilian reais (R$) available in the Player's Account for use on bets and casino games.
• "Bonus" — bonus credit granted by 211bet to the Player under specific conditions previously published in active promotions.
• "Rollover" — minimum wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.
• "Terms" — this Terms and Conditions document in its most recent version, available at https://211bet.best/terms-conditions.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an account at 211bet, the Player must cumulatively meet all of the conditions below:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Reside in Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and whenever requested by the platform;
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion measure, whether at 211bet or through any recognized voluntary exclusion program;
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform for violation of these Terms.

Registration is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one account per CPF and per residential address. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

A 211bet adopts identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and data protection regulations. These procedures may be requested at any time, particularly in situations such as:

• First withdrawal or withdrawals above certain amounts;

4Deposits and Payment Methods

A 211bet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, with immediate credit to your balance;

The minimum deposit amount is BRL 20.00 (twenty reais). 211bet does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the Player's bank or financial institution are the Player's sole responsibility. 211bet only accepts deposits made by the account holder — transfers from third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 211bet are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 (thirty reais) and the platform charges no fees on withdrawals.

Processing time

The standard processing time for Pix withdrawals is up to 12 (twelve) minutes after the request is submitted, including weekends, public holidays, and any time of day. This timeframe may be extended in the following cases:

• Identity verification (KYC) pending or in progress;
• Withdrawal subject to security review for unusual amounts or patterns;
• Balance from a bonus with a rollover requirement that has not yet been fully met.

Withdrawals of bonus balance

Withdrawal of the main balance (deposited by the Player) is always available, regardless of any active bonuses. Only the bonus balance and winnings attributed exclusively to the bonus are locked from withdrawal until the rollover requirement set out in the corresponding promotion has been met.

6Bonuses and Promotions

A 211bet regularly offers promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit of up to R$ 500.00. The specific rules for each promotion are published on the platform before activation and include:

• Bonus amount — the percentage or fixed amount of the bonus credit granted;
• Rollover — the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings derived from the bonus;
• Expiry period — the period within which the rollover must be completed; once expired, the bonus balance is cancelled;

7General Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 211bet cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international football), MMA and UFC, volleyball, NBB basketball, e-sports, and dozens of other sports. The following rules apply to all bets:

• A bet is considered valid and final at the moment it is confirmed on the platform, following the system's acceptance of the odds;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the Player, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet;
• Bet outcomes are based on official information provided by the relevant competition organizing bodies;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in the publication of manifestly incorrect odds (odds error), 211bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on those values and to return the staked amount to the Player's balance;
• Live betting follows specific rules published in the live betting section of the platform.

Bet cancellation and refunds

Bets on events that are canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or do not take place for any reason are fully refunded to the Player's balance. Bets on MMA and UFC bouts where a fighter is a no-show or is replaced are also refunded in full.

Parlay bets

For parlay bets (accumulators), if one of the events is canceled, that selection is removed from the bet and the ticket is recalculated with the remaining events. The bet is not voided in its entirety unless only one event remains.

8Online Casino & Games

• Attempting to exploit technical glitches or system errors for undue advantage.

211bet continuously monitors gameplay patterns and financial transactions. Detection of any prohibited conduct results in the immediate suspension of the account, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, and, where necessary, referral of the information to the relevant authorities.

10Account Suspension and Closure

A 211bet may suspend or close a Player's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or identity verification;
• Suspected fraud or unlawful activity;
• Request by the Player themselves (voluntary self-exclusion);
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in the platform's internal policy.

In cases of closure due to a breach of these Terms, 211bet reserves the right to withhold the available account balance until the investigation is complete. In cases of voluntary closure requested by the Player with no disciplinary matters pending, the available balance will be returned in full via Pix following a formal request to support.

11Limitation of Liability

A 211bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform, as the outcomes of Sports Betting and casino games carry inherent risk and depend in part on random factors beyond the platform's control.

211bet is not liable for losses or damages caused by:

• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, provided reasonable prior notice is given;
• Internet or device connection failures on the Player's end;
• Unauthorized use of the Player's account by third parties, provided that 211bet did not contribute to the unauthorized access;
• Betting decisions made based on information from third parties unrelated to the platform.

211bet's total liability to any Player, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the available balance in the Player's account at the time the liability-triggering event occurs.

12Responsible Gambling

A 211bet is committed to responsible gambling practices and makes the following control tools available to all Players, accessible directly from the account profile:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly, set by the Player themselves;
• Loss limits — maximum loss cap per period, configurable in your account;

15Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
